General Information

Samples

Blank samples can be purchased at catalog EQP less 50% and limited to 3 per item number. All blank samples can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for product credit. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Silk-Screen Charge

The silk-screen charge is based on each additional color and location. Production time is 5 to 7 business days after a final approval to proceed with the whole order.

Embroidery Charge

The embroidery charge is based on up to 7,500 stitches and unlimited number of colors. Production time is 7 to 10 business days after a final approval to proceed with the whole order.

Crystal Sand Blasting charge

The crystal sand blasting charge is based on one location. Production time is 7 to 10 business days after a final approval to proceed with the whole order.

Production / Shipping

Rush Delivery: Subject to production capacity and additional charges may apply on orders requiring less than 5 to 7 working days.

Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship 2% over or under and bill accordingly.

Shipping method: We will determine the best shipping method unless specifically pre-routed by customer.

Drop Shipments: $3.50(v) per location, per release, plus freight costs.

Blank Order Lead Time: Ship within 48 hours

Payment terms

Net 30 days upon credit approval. We do not accept credit card. New accounts or accounts without term approval require pre-pay. NSF checks are subject to $25(v) charge. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. Late payments and NSF checks will result in loss of credit privileges. First order, custom orders, and large orders will require a deposit or prepayment.

Cancellations & Returns

All orders are considered firm. Cancellation must be made in writing via mail, email, or fax and will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. All custom orders may not be cancelled after the product proof is approved. Prior to our acceptance in writing of cancellation, any expenses incurred in the production of custom-made products are the responsibility of the customer. Prior to returns, all merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number from Honnotex. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns are not allowed for perishables and/or food items.

Warranty

Honnotex warrants that the goods delivered by it will be of the kind designated or specified by Buyer. No other warranty by Honnotex shall be given, implied, or extended except by a written instrument signed by Honnotex. No representation or other affirmation of fact not set forth herein made by any sales representatives or other agent of Honnotex shall be deemed to be a warranty by Honnotex.

Acceptance

Please exam all products upon receipt. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued if Honnotex is not notified in writing of defect or non-conformity within 7 days of receipt of goods. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed conforming to the terms of contract and customer shall be deemed to accept and bound to pay for the goods. Honnotex shall not be held liable if custom-made order is found defective due to Buyer¡¯s defective design and/or after actual production-sample is approved by the Buyer. The liability of Honnotex arising out of the sale of such goods to Buyer is limited to the repair or correction at Honnotex¡¯s expense of any defect or non-conformity or, at the option of Honnotex, to the replacement of any defective or non-conforming good with a similar item free from such defect or non-conformity, or to the repayment or crediting to Buyer with an amount equal to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming good. The maximum liability of Honnotex shall not in any case exceed the sales price for the goods involved.

Trademark / Patent / Copyright

In the event that any goods are manufactured in accordance with specifications received by Honnotex from Buyer, Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Honnotex harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, or judgments for patent, trademark, or copyright infringement, which relate in any way to Buyer¡¯s specifications.

Disclaimer

All orders are subject to the availability of stock on hand. We cannot guarantee continuity of exact color, size, weight, texture, or construction of finished products. Occasional variations in material, color, size, and design may occur. Honnotex will not be liable for delays in delivery or for non-delivery due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond the control of Honnotex including, but not limited to, quota restrictions, customs, shipping, governmental laws, or natural causes.
